Danell Winsor, CPIS, President and CEO, of Revenue Stream, has over 16 years’ experience in cost reduction, expense management and contract improvement with measurable savings in over 100 complex expense areas for hundreds of clients. Revenue Stream is Winsor’s second act in expense management where she previously built a company that helped businesses reduce costs to increase profits. As a classically trained violinist, she is proficient in discipline, analytical skills, collaboration with a commitment to integrity and excellence. 

Winsor is a Certified Process Improvement Specialist (CPIS) and Lean Practitioner. She can identify opportunities for improvement and reviews data, trends, and other useful information to develop strategies for improvement initiatives.  Over the years, engagements with a broad range of global industries, Winsor communicates with her clients to explain the reasoning behind each step of the savings and improvement process. She established the methodologies to help clients maximize revenue, increase profitability, minimize risk, optimize buying power, control costs, gain a competitive edge and enhance shareholder value. Like an orchestral audition, success is based on performance and results. 

All the analysis is performed off-site for confidentiality. Revenue Steam is vendor neutral and works in partnership with global providers across all expense categories. Revenue Stream also works with clients’ existing providers using cost intelligence to achieve savings quickly. From analysis and auditing, obtaining refunds, recovering lost money from billing errors to monitoring savings to protect the reductions and to provide ongoing end-to-end expense life-cycle management, Revenue Stream is a fierce advocate for their clients.

Before moving to expense consulting, Winsor spent 14 years as Executive Vice President for Delta Dallas, a premiere recruiting, staffing and consulting firm in Dallas serving Fortune 500 clients. Prior to her recruiting career, she spent years in the non-profit sector for an international retreat center in New York’s historic Hudson River Valley. While there, she helped organize an international bishops’ meeting with Nobel Peace Prize, Archbishop Desmond Tutu. As Executive Director, she helped raise money for the capital campaign and worked to obtain historic designation as an “architectural landmark” on the National Register of Historic Places.

As a native of Fort Worth, Texas, Winsor holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in violin c performance from Texas Christian University. In her spare time, she teaches violin at Texas Amps and Axes and privately  in Prosper and enjoys being outside, cooking, and travelling.
